Stetson Drouin Obituary, Viola AK, Elite Baseball Player Died In An Accident

Stetson Drouin Obituary, Death – In Mountain Home, Arkansas, on July 15, 2023, 6-year-old Stetson Levi Drouin passed away unexpectedly. The parents of Stetson, Mason Trevor Drouin, and Destiny Lashea (Gann) Drouin, welcomed him into the world on July 27, 2016, in Batesville, Arkansas. Stetson was characterized by his family, friends, and professors as a humorous, energetic, and affectionate young man. His beautiful smile made anybody who saw him fall in love.

He liked to go four-wheeling, shooting, and casting as hobbies. Nothing may have made him happier than to play baseball with his friends from the Viola League and the Arkansas Elite Baseball 8U trip team. He attended Viola Elementary School and the First Assembly of God Church in Salem, Arkansas. Travis and LeAnn Gambling of Viola, Arkansas; his maternal great-grandparents Evelyn Gann and Fred Gann of Agnos, Arkansas; Margarette Sellers of Agnos, Arkansas; and numerous other friends and family members.

Mason and Destiny Drouin of Viola, Arkansas; their daughter Haven Grace Drouin of the same town; their children Mark and Ilona Drouin of Mountain View, Arkansas; Freddy Gann and Debra Yowell of Agnos, Arkansas; and many others. He was predeceased by his cousin Alexis Gann, great-grandfather Houston Sellers, and maternal grandpa Jody Hopper. Haley Kiana Drouin, great-uncle Joseph Drouin, Jr., and his paternal great-grandparents, Alvina and Joseph Drouin, all departed from this life.

Funeral services will be conducted by Bro. John Hodges at the Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas on Saturday, July 22, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. Friends and family are welcome to visit the Barker Funeral Home on July 22, 2023, from 12:00 PM until the time of the ceremony. The cemetery in Viola, Arkansas, is where the remains will be interred. Troy Roberts, Christopher Avey, Jacob Payne, and Jordan Cotter will be the pallbearers. The honorary pallbearers will be Jace Hutson, Bentley Hutson, Reed Cotter, Javan Franklin, Aydan Burrows, Eythan Burrows, and JJ Smoot from the Arkansas Elite Baseball 8U Team.
