Even though the Christmas holidays are a busy time, some entertainers have made sure to take time for people outside of their immediate circle. Hot New Hip Hop reported this weekend that Lil’ Durk – a close friend of King Von – visited with the deceased rapper’s children over the holidays.
This all comes after the news of Lil’ Durk’s album, The Voice, which has performed markedly well. According to the outlet, because Durk and Von were such close friends, the rapper made sure to spend some time with his kids, as did Asian Doll, who used to date Von.
Over the last few weeks, Lil’ Durk has made sure to state that his latest record was dedicated to the late King Von. Not everyone has been so kind to the legacy of King Von, however, including Tekashi 6ix9ine, who previously feuded with Lil’ Durk.
In case you missed it, 6ix9ine – born Daniel Hernandez – feuded with Lil’ Durk before King Von was shot and killed in Atlanta in November 2020. 6ix9ine and Durk feuded over the rapper’s murdered cousin in addition to Hernandez’s reputation as a snitch.

When King Von died last month, Tekashi 6ix9ine supposedly disrespected him on the internet by insinuating that Durk should’ve done more to protect him. King Von’s death was controversial on a number of fronts.
For instance, his former girlfriend, Asian Doll, paid tribute to him on social media repeatedly in the days after his passing. In fact, she even got a tattoo of him on her arm in his memory. However, some people in the community don’t believe her gestures were made in good faith, including DJ Akademiks.
The media personality suggested that Asian Doll – who also goes by the name, Asian Da Brat – had been using his death for clout. He also suggested that he had spoken to people close to King Von, and they told him he didn’t even “f*ck with her” anymore.
